The Supreme Court and the Government have approved the initiation of the 17,000-acre lease process for Bahria Town Karachi, set to begin within the next two months.
The Establishment has directed NAB to prioritize resolving all related issues. NAB is actively working to ensure 100% refunds for out-of-boundary plot holders and to address concerns of affected individuals.
Furthermore, the interests of third-party investors and 140,000 allottees remain fully secured under the honorable Supreme Court's ruling, providing legal certainty and investment protection.
This marks a major step toward stability and resolution for all stakeholders.
